GENERAL INFORMATION |

Situated on one of the loveliest beaches in the Caribbean, Rendezvous Bay Hotel offers 24 spacious deluxe villa rooms and 19 garden standard rooms, as well as seven 3, 4 bed or 5 room villas.
Wake up to the sound of waves lapping the shore and birds singing in the Flamboyant trees. Walk down the beach and take a swim before breakfast in the peace and quiet of a Caribbean morning. While away the entire day under perfect blue skies, snorkeling and sunning, sipping rum-punch on your verandah, eating local lobster just plucked from the bay and playing tennis in the coolness of the early evening. Meet friends at the bar and have a gourmet dinner together in our Cedar Grove Restaurant on the Porch.
Note that Rendezvous Bay Hotel & Villas will be closed between July 1st and November 6th, 2006. However, reservations before and after this period can be made as well during the "closed" period

Standard Room
2 buildings of 10 rooms each located either near the Main Building or near the beach: the standard rooms offer both economic and basic value.
All rooms have ocean view and are close to the beach, situated in a natural garden.
All rooms have a double bed and single bed, shower, private bathroom, large shaded porch with lounge chairs, large ceiling fan, fridge with freezer compartment. Small sitting area, writing desk, direct dial telephone, internet access, hairdryer, shaving mirror and 110V outlet. Some rooms have a connecting door to the next room
Downstairs Villa Room
Located on the ground floor of a 1 storied villa, directly on Rendezvous Bay: a 2 mile long white powdered sandy beach or on a more private sandy cove both with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and St. Martin.
Each room has either a king size bed, queen size bed or 2 double beds. Inside it has vibrant Caribbean Colors, lots of space and large private porch.
Amenities include: private veranda with sitting area and lounge chairs, air-conditioning and ceiling fan, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee-maker, alarm clock radio, plenty closet space, writing space and intimate sitting area, direct dial telephone, in-room safe and internet access. Bathrooms feature a separate vanity area with drawers and closet space with sink and hairdryer and large counter top. The washroom has a full length bath-tub with shower, single sink with shaving mirror and 110V outlet, toilet and a bidet (bidet in 3 rooms only), and extra closet space.
Upstairs Villa Room
Located directly on Rendezvous Bay, on the 1st floor of a 1 storied villa, these rooms offer more privacy and a magnificent view from your private balcony overlooking Rendezvous Bay and St. Martin. Each room has either a king size bed or 2 double beds. Amenities are as the above downstairs villa room. Great for Honeymooners and Couples and guests who require more privacy.
Studio Room with full sized kitchen
Located on the ground floor in our beach and ocean front villas, these large rooms have a full size kitchen with large fridge and freezer compartment, 4 electrical burner stove with large oven, microwave, blender, toaster, electric coffee maker, toaster, china and silverware, cooking utensils, large dining table inside and outside, breakfast counter/bar, 2 extra sinks and all the other amenities as the above villa rooms.

Rates are in US Dollars and subject to the addition of 10% service charge and 10% Government Tax. Extra person in room US$ 20.00 per night.
Children under 12 stay free in parents room in Summer. Wedding/Honeymoon and Dive packages, special conference rates and group discounts available.
MAP Mealplan for breakfast and/or dinner available: adults US$ 65.00, children US$ 35.00 The full service restaurant Cedar Grove Café is open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch, dinner and available for room service. Daily maid service, internet access, car rentals on property, conference room (cap. 80), tennis, sailing, snorkeling, complimentary lounge chairs and umbrellas.
Honeymoon. Weddings.
A deposit is required to assure reservation. Deposit can be made through credit card guarantee or US Dollar check or money order.
Deposit refunded on notice of cancellation 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Balance of payment for reservation should be received no less than 21 days prior to the guest's arrival. Bookings made within 30 days are subject to full payment at reservation.
Deposit refunded on notice of cancellation 4 weeks prior to arrival. Any cancelled confirmed reservation has a penalty cost of US$ 50.00.
Travel insurance is recommended.
Deposit Requirements
For your convenience, Internet Travel Group offers secure online payments with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. Please note that, should you prefer, you are able to supply your credit card information by fax. We are unable to accept your reservation request without credit card details, though you will only be billed once your booking has been confirmed, the credit card information verified and our confirmation voucher sent to you by email.
Liability
Hotelrentalgroup acts as intermediary between all hotels, transport operators, tourist attraction companies, and local tourist offices providing the services. Hotelrentalgroup is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists; including those occurring outside of the touring programmes. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accident, acts of God or political actions / unrest must be borne by the tourists. Programmes and prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of being posted on the site. They are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour / stay / excursion / car rental. A submitted reservation request is indicative of the tourist agreement to the above conditions.

Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. hotel-savings.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.
Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.
Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).
Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.
Cancellation Charges On All Reservations
-On all confirmed reservations, 20% of the total amount will be lost.
-Further cancellation charges may apply depending on the hotel.

No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.
Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by hotel-savings.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. hotel-savings.com is not responsible for any such delays.
Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no being made for unused nights.
Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.

All special offers, packages and discounts over our standard rates are offered subject to availability. hotel-savings.com cannot accept any responsibility in the unlikely event that these are temporarily unavailable.
Credit Card
In order to secure a room, it is mandatory to have a credit card.
General Conditions and liability
All reservations made by clients are subject to our terms and conditions. No other terms, conditions and warranties, expressed or implied by law, custom and course of dealing shall form part of any contract between hotel-savings.com and our clients except for those terms imposed by law where application is mandatory.
The client acknowledges that in making a reservation with hotel-savings.com they do so only on the basis of the material contained in the hotel-savings.com Web Site or relevant advertising medium. All other statements or representations made by hotel-savings.com, its employees, agents or sub-contractors are of no effect unless confirmed in writing by hotel-savings.com to the client.
hotel-savings.com sources hotels from various hotel companies in the countries in which it operates. The condition of the stay will be subject to the law of the country in which it is supplied to you. You will be subject to its terms and conditions and local law.
hotel-savings.com reserves the right to pass on to the client any government increase in local VAT or other taxes that may be introduced after a reservation is made. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local VAT at the prevailing rate in that country.
The liability of hotel-savings.com to the client for any loss, problem, damage or cancellation, whether arising out of negligence, breach of contract, error or any other cause shall not exceed the invoiced total value of the confirmation voucher supplied by hotel-savings.com.
